Specification

T-shaped bed, gantry frame column and headstock hung frontal with symmetrical configuration. All major components such as bed, column, pallet table, and saddle and spindle headstock are high grade meehanite casting, to provide superior stability and vibration damping characteristics. Structural strength of each component has been maximized by thick walled casting together with extensive use of ribs, preventing from bending or distortion.

The cross section of the rectangular guideways is thick and wide for maximum machine rigidity. Guideways are hardened and ground to assure accuracy and long life cycle. The sliding surface is sticked with the Turcite B-HP from shampan, super vibration absorbing ability.

The headstock adopts two range geared speed spindle-drive system, which provides a wide range of speed for high torque. The main bearing has introduced angular contact ball bearing and double-row cylindrical roller bearing which are fit for the heavy duty cutting.

Spindle Chiller Unit: To increase machining accuracy, the

thermo-coupol(temp.sensor) is embodied to the machine base to control the temperature of the oil that recalculates around the spindle bearings and gear box. This provides thermal stability between the spindle and the machine base

Table lndex Pallets are located with exact accuracy by some cone-shaped tapered pins and bushings. Jets of air are discharged from the tapered pins when a pallet is changed,to clean the bottom of the pallet, including its tapered surfaces. AC servo system provides fast hi-directional table indexing. The large diameter curvie coupling provides extremely accurate positioning of the table.

Oil-air lubrication system this oil-air lubrication system insures constant and reliable lubrication to the spindle bearings preventing periodic repacking of grease or replacement of bearings in case of the grease pack lubrication system.

Advanced structural column The high grade meehanite cast double column design,employs a unique double guide way system, which has 7 surfaces of contact to displace thermal symmetry in even directions. The totally enveloped guide way system ensures headstock stability, straightness of motion.
